12 Days and Counting - The Move

This whole packing thing is kind of amusing. I do feel like I am getting a lot done, but at the same time, I am really not knocking any specific areas out. I keep bouncing from area to area so that I get part of one part of the house done and then move somewhere else. I am really not sure how much this matters since I am about out of boxes to put stuff in. So once I am done with them, I guess I will revert to packing appliances and maybe...shuddder...start cleaning. I guess I could do the dishes in there somewhere. I hit a point about a week ago where I really don't have any food to fix, so why do I need clean stuff to fix it in, and I don't want to go shopping to get more so that I don't have to move it.

Oh well, there is your update. Love it.

Oh, and she was deaf in the pilot, and cuter...and the pilot was better, somehow.

I disagree, I thought the deaf sister looked too "EXTREME" in the pilot, and I didn't really get what they were trying to do with that anyway. On the same token, I also don't really get what they were trying to do with the new sister being not allowed to use a computer either. Meh, so far I am not too impressed with the show on any level except for Michelle Ryan being hot, although her not having her accent cuts down on some of the hotness for me anyway.

Sometimes extreme is good.

I think I would have appreciated the character more than the replacement. It could have been a source of tension between the main character and the people who fixed her when they would/wouldn't 'fix' her sister's disability. I also think the angst would have felt more appropriate. The new hacker sister will want a good amount of distance so she can do all the hacker stuff all kids apprarently do, and that will make her bitching about being alone less believable.

Either way, I am not sure if I will keep with the show either. But you are right, Michelle Ryan is hot. :)
