White vs Black - Misc

I love days off. Not because I am away from work, but because of the clothes. The work outfit is defined by 'polishable leather shoes' (mine are black Dr Scholls), a tame/base color of khakis (one black, one light grayish brown), a cambridge shirt of a myriad of colors that will soon just be black, red, and white, (one black, one white), white undershirt, belt, colored socks (all black), and badge. And I am fine with wearing all of this, and I look fairly good in all of this (as good as my overweight frame and slouching will allow. :) Now when I come home from work, I swap pants for some cargos, abondon the work shoes for my Sketchers, and ditch the cambridge, but I typically keep the black socks and white shirt. Since I don't do any real work, I tend to wear the work outfit twice before I wash them...mostly 3-4 hour shifts, very good air conditioning, minimal labor = no stink. But the white shirt and black socks don't get worn again, so I just leave them on. Now how many people reading this associate me with black socks and white shirts? None right? While I am sure you never thought about the socks before, you can probably deduce the fact that I wear white by the fact that I am fairly boring and plain. And most people get surprised when I am not wearing a black t-shirt. I miss my black t-shirts. :(

They would be the thing that holds up. And while garters are that thing that hold up women's panty hose, there is a huge difference between panty hose garters and socks garters...and the difference is sexy, which socks garters are not. :)

I remeber one paticular shirt you used to wear about the penguins and your sanity or something like that. I dont think I ever remember you wearing white. Where are you working at? If the shacks black friday is like a friday night at work then i want to work there. I can handle that...this years blitz I vowed to be my last.
