I've been thinking about wiping my computer of everything on it... but that would mean I would have to either move the half of tetra byte data I have (rough estimate and not a very good one at that) or re-download it, which means I would need high speed internet. Either way I would be at a place that has the high speed internet anyways, since I would fuck something up if I tried wiping Murphy without supervision. My main goal is to get rid of useless data that has ended up on Murphy due to my stupidity, poor deletion (almost the same as one before), or simply because I don't know if I need the data or not. The only other benefit I would get from this is that I would know that the viruses and what not are all gone, I think...
Today I finally got the latest "Chibi Vampire" and two other manga from two other series that I've seen the anime's for... or something like that. I got the first two of "Fate/Stay Night" and the first two of "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni." That makes a bit more sense. I've only read the first volume of WTC (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni translates into When They Cry which equals WTC) and I loved it, and it was well worth it. I'll of course read the second volume but my eye caught a passage in the manga. It said something along the lines of the manga, and the anime for that matter, is based on a "Doujin Novel Game" which, from what I understand, isn't like most of the other manga and anime that are "based on H-games." I'm looking that up at the moment... The only problem is that the website that they direct the readers to is in Japanese (hence why I called about D-man) and thus is useless at my level of comprehension of the characters... or the grammar at that matter... As for Fate/Stay Night, I have what should be a usable form of the game... but I would need someone who is a computer whiz in order to get it to work... Actually I have the instructions as to how to get it to work, but it requires the downloading of a "mounter" or something that I just blew out of proportions. I just need to stop thinking at the moment. Even the things I'm thinking don't make sense. As for the doujin thing... It probably is like the other ones, I really don't fucking know.
As for my car, it is nice. In reality the brakes have proven to be a bitch. I'm hoping that all that needs to be done is have them replaced, and that I won't have to stomp on the brake petal to stop my car. Otherwise when the next fucker who pulls out in front of me, I really won't be able to do much more than what I had done for the other time. Yes, I could have done more... swerved right into the grass may have been the best option still.
A final note: "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" really translates into "When Cicadas Cry." There are several points I can bring up to explain this (and it would take awhile to do so) but I guess they didn't want to translate the word "higurashi" to cicadas since higurashi is a specific type of cicada. They may have felt that it would have lost some impact if they had done so. (FYI: the word for cicada is "semi").
